OVERVIEW

Flyn_templates is a collection of templates and project descriptions
for use with the program new. These templates are used at Flyn
Computing for development, as described in the Administrative Notes
section of this document. The collection of templates use SGML and the
priciple of not repeating oneself. For example, [2]this description is
written in SGML to be used in such places as the package's [3]RPM
specification file, manpage, and HTML description, etc.
